Computer Repairs and Support
We take the worry out of a computer breakdown. We repair your
computer at your home or office and if we can't fix the problem we
won't
charge you, if we can fix the problem then you can see the cost of the
repair before we start work.
Fixed Price Repairs
We believe that this service is unique! Most PC repair
companies charge by the hour making it very difficult for you see how
much a repair will cost beforehand. We offer a fixed price tariff that
is extremely competitive for a wide variety of common repairs.

Virus Removal If your computer has started behaving strangely or running slowly its possible that you may inadvertently acquired a virus or trojan program on your computer. |

programs that we find. |

System Maintainence To keep your computer operating smoothly it is important
to remove temporary items from time to time. |

We will check your computers settings for errors that may have been introduced over time. and remove unnecessary temporary files. |

Operating System re-install Sometimes the only way to get your computer running smoothly again is to re-install your operating system. |
£40 |
We will back up your data from your hard disk, then clear it entirely. Then we will re-install your operating system and restore your data. You will need original operating system disks or recovery disks for your computer or a new copy of Windows. |

Hard Disk Replacement If your hard disk is full up and you are running low on space we can replace it for you with a larger capacity drive. |
£40 + Disk Cost |
We will make a copy of your disk, remove it, replace it and put the contents of your original disk onto the replacement. Your computer will be exactly the same as it was before the upgrade only with disk space to spare. For £10 extra we will configure your original drive* to work alongside your new drive giving you a backup copy of your data and programs. * This is not always possible |

Memory Upgrade Adding extra memory can be the cheapest way to upgrade your PC. |
£40 + Memory Cost |
We will check your PC in
our database to determine the correct memory. If this is not possible
then we will come and inspect your machine to determine the correct
memory. We will supply and install your new memory |

Memory - Supply and fit new memory If you know what sort of memory your computer needs but
just want it supplied and fitted this service will be more appropriate
for you. |

We will supply and fit the
memory you specify for your machine. |

Graphics Update If you want the latest graphics technology but dont know what you can install in your PC. |
£40 + Graphics card

We come out and inspect
your PC to determine the graphics cards that will work with your
hardware. We will then supply and fit your new graphics card for you
and install all of the required drivers. |

We can help with practical advice on all aspects of computer usage and expansion. Whether you want more memory or disk space in your desktop or laptop computer or you need Internet access we can -- Advise you on the cost effectiveness of upgrade vs replacement.
- Supply and install suitable components for your computer.
We take the worry out of computer upgrades.
- Back up your data before upgrading your computer and
restore it once the upgrade is complete.
